What, it's the end of May!

Yes, this is May 22nd. It snowed all day. It cut down greatly on the number of foolish young men from bar fights I had to see overnight, but inceased the number of chest pains in the elderly. Hmmmm.....

Ellie talks ....then pukes...

Taking an apres-lunch walk in Maisons Laffitte, Ellie was talking alot on Grandma's shoulders; and then proceeded to spit up chocolate cake into her hair!

I'm a little girl now

Ellie likes to stand on a chair and help us cook in the kitchen. Today she was washing "Dodo" the honey bear and her breadstick very efficiently in preparation for dinner.
Note the pigtails! She and I were reading a book which had a little girl in pigtails. She pointed to the little girl's hair and then to her own hair and indicated her fashion desires.

Eating is cool

Ellie is working on feeding herself. Her skill with spoon and fork increases daily and the mess will decrease someday. In the meantime, we dress down for meals.

It's the crazy bunny ladies. We got these at Fred Meyer. She wore them the entire time we shopped.
Ellie has now consented to wear barretts, but always makes us wear them too. Sometimes we forget they are there.
